SEASONAL CUISINE
Elegance is the word of the day at ‘Le Parc’, the Best Western Beauséjour Hotel restaurant.
Its sand and claret-coloured table cloths, immaculate service, cuisine based on fresh local produce and its enormous picture windows overlooking the Pyrenees make it the place to be in Lourdes.
The restaurant can also be converted into a seminar room for up to 45 participants.
The Brasserie has a menu based on the restaurant menu and is reminiscent of the Belle Epoque with its plasterwork ceiling and brass chandeliers. The ambiance is chic and laid back. In the mornings, the breakfast buffet is served here.
Weather permitting, lunch and dinner may be served on the terrace, overlooking the mountains.
